My roof leaks. Do I need to have it replaced completely?
Not necessarily. It's possible that a section of your roof is loose, or that damage occurred in one place only. We'll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.

How long can I expect my roof system to last?
if you follow the recommendations given from colou steel New Zealand on maintenance then your roof has a 50 year guarante.

Are your services covered by my home insurance?
no it is not covered under your general home insuranc. Some people will take out contractors insurance for the duration of the project. This is not completely needed as we hold current insurances that protect your home while our work is being carried out.

When is the best time to do roofing repairs?
There is no best season to get your roof replaced or repaired. All we recommend is to take action on rusty or leaky roofs before they do extensive damage to the inside of your home.
